This 60' x 40' wedding barn located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, was built in the 1870's. The exterior block wall was in disrepair, the floor above was sagging up to 6" in some areas, and some post & beams had rotted from previous damage before the roof was repaired. We excavated the existing concrete block walls and dug and poured new concrete footings. We raised the floor carefully using floor jacks and added additional support beams and posts on the lower level and replaced some rotten posts and beams on the upper level as well. We graded, leveled, and poured a new concrete slab. If you have an old barn in disrepair, give us a call, we can give your barn the structural support it needs to remain safely standing for many more years to come.
